Verification of Academic Documents

The Academic Office provides official letters of confirmation of academic records of past and present students to entities that require verification for a particular period of time.
Response is typically completed within one week of service request submission. To meet any prevailing deadlines, requests should be lodged promptly.

Steps:

  • Pay GH₵150.00 into College’s account at any GCB Bank branch.
  • Submit receipt at Administration and fill request form
